We cover the soils, climate, vineyard practices and winemaking techniques that contribute to our award-winning wines. You'll feel confident that you know so much more about the wines you've come to love so much and how they're made. The course finishes with a wonderful wine tasting to really ensure that you connext the science and the story with the product in the glass.
